1. What types of model aircraft parts do you sell?

We specialise in a wide range of model aircraft parts, including propellers, stickers, and internal parts for various sizes and models.

2. How can I find the right part for my model aircraft?

You can use the search function on our website to find specific parts by name or part number. Additionally, you can browse our categories or contact our customer service team for assistance in finding the right part.

3. What Shipping Providers do you use?

We use a range of shipping providers, including Royal Mail. We also accommodate tracked shipping as standard.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Please note that shipping rates will vary based on the destination. Please see the checkout for exact figures.

5. How do I get a wholesale account?

To get a wholesale account, please enter your business information on our wholesale application page. We will review and accept your application based on whether we deem it mutually beneficial for business.

6. Do you accept returns?

If your order is damaged or incorrect, we do accept returns. However, please note that we take no responsibility for order mistakes made by the buyer and reserve the right to not accept returns on such orders.

8. How do I contact Propguy?

9. Can I track my order?

Yes, if you choose tracked shipping, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Use this number to track your order on the shipping provider's website.

10. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

11. What does 'shadow stock' mean?

Items in shadow stock are items that we hold in our second warehouse, however they can be purchased and we aim to ship all orders ASAP. We keep a good relationship with all our suppliers and we aim for orders to be processed within 3-5 working days. In some rare instances Shadow stock can take between 28-56 days to arrive with you the customer but we work closely with our suppliers to ship orders ASAP.
